Hi Tim. Cant get the photo loaded. How do i replace the outer ring then? According to me there is no grip to use some sort of a puller

Thanks Peter. Still no photo. I did saw a DIY puller on the forum with 50mm pipe to remove the inner part of the bearing. I actually build this one but had no success to remove. Had to take it in anyway to press it out. I used this same tool as sledge hammer to remove the backing plate on the vechil...

94 SFA Rear Wheelbearing replacement
Good day. Can someone please give advise. 94 Hilux(local diff) rear wheel bearing replacement. I got the drive shaft out but cannot get the drum backing plate off to replace the outer part of the bearing. I have removed the 4 nuts at the back of the drum backing plate. hit it pulled it sledgehammere...

Thanks Mud Dog. You are absolutly right. My decision to consider the 32's is purely for looks. As it is I can do with more torque. I just made up my mind, will stick with the 31's. Regards

Nathan. Jy mag self die werk doen maar iemand wat 'n bedradings lisensie het moet dit afteken. Maw as jy dit self wil doen moet jy weet wat jy doen. Om jou vraag te antwoord. Hi. Can I please get some advice on the subject. I own a 1994 2.4P D/C SFA Hilux. Currently fitted with 31x10.5 BFG AT tyers. I would like to fit 32x11.5 Kumo MT tyers.
