Diff still heats up and noise gone, I have the old wheel bearing and it feels like its very grindy when turned. Well it went back to the people who rebuilt the diff and the heat issue is normal and they found the LH rear wheel bearing was the cause of the noise so I am replacing both.

Yes I think I will start disconnecting prop shafts to hopefully isolate where its coming from, centre bearing does not get warm or feel like there are issues plus the groaning is slow not high speed RPM like I would imagine any tail shaft issues would be.
