Thanks for the answers. I've done all of the above, getting my injectors replaced this week. The guy told me he can not set the chip to "high", getting rail pressure due to the injectors and it then trips the motor computer?

Dit lyk ook vir my soos 'n TJM bumper. Die ouer bumpers het sonder n "insert" gekom sover ek weet (die nuwes het bleikbaar nou die insert by?). Op my voertuig het hulle die ou oorspronklike bumper gesny en n insert gemaak.

agree, get the same on my Hilux and Patrol. If you turn whilst reversing it is very prominent. Not the case in permanent AWD / 4X4 systems.

I am not that clued up with diesels, EGR??? My 2008, 2.5D4D is extremely sluggish below 2000 rpm, could it be the same problem? And, how do I go about to block the EGR? I already de-catted my Hilux and installed a chip and intercooler.

Thanks. I am not sure of the canopy make but it was sold by Bobaas canopies in Vereeniging / Vanderbylpark - I got it 2nd hand.

It looks like the mounting on the roof is the better option.

I traced the problem down to the rear universal joint on the prop shaft! Even when moving the universal joint by hand you can hear the squeeking sound.
