Hi Guys,
Thought you might find this amusing. Neighbour put a mini body on SJ410 running gear, with nissan 1400 engine.
Dont comment on the wheel arch clearance issue on Articulation etc still busy sorting issues out.
Had to build a tunnel for the gearbox etc, big job, but looking cute in my opinion.

My 89 import and 92 local both have the chrome flip down cover. Both are just turn on and off - key doesnt work anymore. Anyone out there with a cap that does work for interest - seems like they break easily....

hi guys, know it is difficult to see from the pics coz of all the oil and dirt but any suggestions what this leak could be? cant make out if it is oil or power steering fluid. any suggestions besides cleaning :). could it be the Oil seals on Steering box etc? is this a big job?

Hi, I had that when i got my Lux. Turned out the transfer case was almost bone dry and lever sticks (battled) to engage out of 4x4. Maybe something as simple as that :) Filled case up with "ama-glug-glug" oil and WALLA!

LC80 series Booster and M/Cylinder has option on it til friday, but can get 75 series Booster and M/Cylinder for R1000. Will that fit SFA and wil that improve braking? Should i go for the 75 series calipers if i can get and will they fit? calling all brake boffins?

OK midas has for R25 bucks.
ALSO INVESTIGATING - getting a 2nd hand LC 80 series master cylinder and brake booster from a vehicle being stripped, (if not expensive). heard this fits directly and improves braking.... any comments?

yes thanks, seen this post, but do i need to remove the cone washers and c clips to get to the break disc? was hoping to remove the hub as a whole and take off the disc and replace. my discs currently have cracks in them. must have a look at the manual again.

Does sound like Kaspaas is in the GYM a lot hey, but reap the rewards later hey :wink:
also thought its a lot of bucks for something not running, i am passing that one by although for the right price might be good for someone. that is the same worry i have with the other 7MGE conversion.

Guy said he pulled his 950kg caravan with it and not probs with overheating etc. has alluminium radiator etc. Best to tos the engine and get replacement then i think, +R2000 repair costs compared to R4000 replacement sounds better, although i would want a metal gaske...
