Measured the front propshaft tonight, and it needs to be extended by 165mm, so I'll drop it off at PE Propshafts tomorrow for extension and balancing.

Took the rear propshaft back today and they re-did it. Here is the new solid rear propshaft made from a lengthened front propshaft lying next to the original two piece rear propshaft with center bearing. (Ah, another benefit of this, no future center bearing problems , so a cost saving )

As I mentioned earlier, I fitted a front output flange to the rear of the transfer case so I could connect the old lengthened front propshaft at the rear.

Got the propshafts back today, but they screwed up the length of the back propshaft, so I'll have to take it back again.
"Lengthen it 590mm please", " No problem". So they made it 590 mm long, not longer
