Mentioned to SWAMBO that the smaller joints look like human finger joints.
After a moment she spooned all of her smaller joints onto my plate. Not sure why, but I did not mind, as those have the best meat.

Might work for some, won't work for others.
Use it, don't use it.

PS - my Jack Russel hates me. There is never meat left on ANY of the bones off our plates. I clean them all off personally. Please do not report me for animal abuse.
