HI all
Is there a difference on the brakes between 2x4 and 4x4?

Which Vehicle? I have a 2006 DC 3lt D4D 4x4 and my Brother a 2007 4x2 and they have the same brakes front and back. Some of the newer models (particularly the Fortuner I think) has larger sized front disk pads although they look the same as the older model.

On the SF models there are differences according to my workshop manual. Not sure about the newer models though
