E/Cape Year end GTG

Hi guys, a little late to start planning now, (time has not been on my side) but better late than never.
We were thinking of getting some of the PE guys to join us and are looking for a venue somewhere around Port Alfred, Bathurst or Grahamstown. (Sort of half way). Has anyone got any ideas?
There is no time to recce, so preferably a venue that someone attending will be reasonably familiar with. Also bear in mind the possible ravages of the recent flooding over the past week. We also need to decide if it's to be a day outing or if we will be camping over, and most importantly a suitable date..
All suggestions welcome ... all-comers welcome.
We can also start a tentative list of who is interested so as to get some idea what to expect in terms of planning.

I've put the Single cab Rok up for sale to get a double cab Rok, D/C hilux or Fortuner.......Family will be extended.....

Well depending on the date and location I would be be keen, BUT, we are expecting our 2nd child any time from the 20th of December. So depending on the little oke showing face and mommy's comfort factor our cut off would be around the 10th of December....

Hi Andy. Het julle al op n datum en plek besluit. Ek sien dit is maar still
Ons is vanaf die 3 tot die 13 in die omtrek( port edward) so as julle iets in daai tyd reel en dit is naby sal ons dit graag wil bywoon

Hallo Nico .... bedoel jy nie "Port Alfred" nie? (Port Edward is mos oppie KZN suid kus.... bietjie ver van ons af). Indien dit POrt Alfred is dan maak dit nie saak nie, al ry ons vroeër of later moet ons nog steeds 'n plan maak om bymekaar te kom!
Dit lyk nie asof die ouens almal te besig is, maar ons sal seker nog iets reël.
