Brake booster

Post by Ogre »

Good evening guys

The front brakes on my bakkie started binding, so i replaced the master cylinder, i then saw that i don't have that back check valve between the manifold and the brake booster, so i fitted one, then after a few days my bakkie started making a hissing sound in the cab when I applied the brakes, and the idling goes down so much that she actually cuts out, so i reckon it can only be the brake booster that has a diaphragm that's torn, now my question is, :beg: if that booster can be reconditioned or will a spare shop keep such a booster or what do you guys suggest please?

Regards

Turn the check valve 180 degrees.
