future hilux

Post by Digger »

what does toyota have to come up with in order to regain "king"status, ford certainly got it right with the new ranger.
do you think a totally new bakkie will appear for 2014?possibly with tacoma/tundra genes? What engines might be used?6 speed box?If toyo remapped their ecu's to what aftermarket ''chips'' do to performance,, would this narrow the gap? :confused:not that i'm unhappy with the 3.0l d4d,but a few more(toyota approved) kw's would be great

In my opinion the next Hilux will be a total revamp.

They bring a new model (not facelift) out each 7 or so years. I do hope that the styling is more aggresive and they will have to work on the powerplants

I understand there is another "facelift" on the way, but no completely new Hilux until 2016...

Ek dink nie so nie. As jy volgens hulle geskiedenis gaan is 'n nuwe model due. Onthou die facelift is nou seker so jaar op die mark. So hy gaan eers so 2.5 na 3 jaar verkoop word. Dan is ons so te se by 2016
