Ek het so tyd gelede 'n kwotasie gekry vir R82000 vir 'n 1 UZ VVTi. Die 3UZ sou so R8000 duurder uitgewerk het. Dink nie dit gaan baie anders vir die 2.7 as vir die 4Y uitwerk nie.

...ek moet nog vir Louis gaan sien. Ek kry amper nie kans om asem te haal op die stadium nie. Het vandag weer so 120kms met die bakkie gery (baie grondpad ook) en ek moet se die "gehik" is nogal irriterend. Wonder of dit iets met die ou komponente te doen het.

My brandstofverbruik was op albei redelik dieselfde alhoewel ek dink die FJ is op die stadium ligter as wat die Fortuner was. Ek ry die FJ ook harder as wat ek die Fortuner gery het.

Although both engines share the same name code 1GR-FE this is almost where the similarities ends. Almost two complete different engines. I have owned both and the FJ's engine is far superior to that of the Fortuner...believe me

If I want to fit a Lexus 5spd auto I think my refs will be too high with the current ratios. I was thinking what the biggest size tyre would be to fit without other hectic modifications i.e. body lifts, axle movement and so on....
