I bought My Vesa 4 Unit just over a jear ago @ IIRC R 900-00 for the complete unit but fitted it myself.

Anton... reason is... the Lexus V8 is R6500... the 3RZ 2.7i can fetch as much as 20K for a good one... most guys don't realise that it's not the cost of the engine that makes the Lexus conversion so expensive... it's all the other bits... radiator, bellhousing, aftermarket ECU, tuning, exhausts... ...

Hi Stubs, I know Mike's Place, Mike is also British, but they normaly give you a three months guarantee. This conversion is between R45000 and R6OOOO,if you not going to do it yourself. so on that R20000 you could easy add another R30000, ask your friend to assist you! Why not fit the Hilux 2.7efi m...

[Just some feed back], on the sump cover I used some red gasket sealer to keep the gasket in position and waited 10 min, for the sealer to set a bit. Then the sump cover was fitted to the engine, the bolts was first hand tight and another 1/4 tight. The gasket cost me R21, Toyota is selling their ga...

Hallo Anton Long time no see, sover ek weet sit jy net silicone op, die grys een. Bietjie duurder as gewone silicone maar sit dat hy bars. Maak net seker die sump is mooi skoon. Hi Guys
My sump is leaking oil and i would like to replace the sump gasket, what make of gasket to i use cork or gasket sealer, or both.
It looks like a easy job just give me some advise, do i have to torque the retaining bolts?
