I also have an after market bumper fitted to my Hilux and I thought it compared cosmetically and probably as hardy as some of the bigger and better known branded bumpers available. BUT, I have to admit that that Rhino bumper of yours is the best looking and finnished bumper I have seen.Trully awsome.

William the Transkei is as safe as anywhere else in S.A. Just keep to the speed limits and all doors and widows locked at all times.I travell there every every other day but am SUPER VIGILANT .In fact I was in Umtata yesterday without incident.

Johan I agree with Andy.I realize that by standing the can upright they offer more wind resistance and also adds to the vehicles height. I also don't like carrying the extra 40 kgs plus on the roof as it raises the vehicles centre of gravity. But if you have no other alternative but to carry them on...
