It does happen that the wheel and sideshaft comes out when a bearing collapse.
There is a big chance that the sideshaft is now also bent.

33 inchers would fit, you might have to move the front axle forward by around 35mm but that is easy enough and lots of info on this forum.

A 300mm lift is excessive and impractical besides the unnecessary problems and expense that you're going to encounter. A 90mm / 100mm lift doesn't require any further modification except maybe longer flexible brake lines in front, and is more than adequate, trust me ... unless you're looking for a ...

Start with checking all 4 tyres is the same size and prefrably brand. Then your next option is a diff ratio check.

I would say the 4.0 V6 Hilux motor, but with the whole drive train...and therein lies the challenge. Otherwise keep the Txfer case and maybe change the local SFA diff for SFA imports, one could fit chromoly shafts in the imports. R50k is actually cheap!
The Ford V6 is the cheapest R/kw. There are still a lot of knowledge on these engine out there. Body spares can be problematic but between Ultimate 4x4 and Living SFA you should find what you need, bar a tailgate.

Fitting a Kzte will be expensive! You will need an engine(R35k+), gearbox(R20k+), diff ratio's(R5k+) then a ecu, wiring, radiator, labour....I can not see that you will get much change for R100k. You can buy a good imported engine from Engines and More right there in Harties for way cheaper and have...

Hi, It is good to change the oil. It will extend the life of the gearbox. Best and easiest is to use a machine that pumps new oil in whilst sucking the old oil out. AFAIR it is not a nice job. You have to remove the disk and hub to be able to replace a stud. Since it is such a terrible job, is it not worthwhile to replace all 6? Do you know why it broke?
As I remember it is illegal to drive without all the wheel-nuts fastened.

Could you perhaps describe the problem more in detail? What you have written is quite cryptic and hard to understand exactly how and when the fuse blows?
BUT a blown fuse usually shows to a short somewhere.

Hi Victor, I remember such an issue year ago, but can not remember what the cause was. Have the propshafts been checked? Centre bearing? I once had a strange shake on my Kz and could not pinpoint it. In the end the idiot(me) that replaced the propshaft had the centre bearing bolted to the wrong side...

A short list of stuff that affects fuel consumption negatively: Bigger tyres Aggressive tyre Heavy tyres A lifted car Replacement bumper Snorkel Roof rack, even worse...
