Re: 2RZ-FE EFI Heavy on fuel
I remember my friend getting 12.5l/100km, but that was the 5l diesel. Don't think you'll see better than 15.4 on that one. Make sure you are running the correct size tyre, the tyres are properly inflated and the wheel alignment is correct.

Re: Lifting a Surf
Yes gen 3 is coils gebaseer op die prado, maklikste manier is coil spacers, dit word bo die coils ingesit. Goedkoper manier is die springs te rek en te retension, meeste spring companies sal dit kan doen. Die beste manier is a/m suspensie. Waar is jou dorp Millville?

Re: Should i buy this car?
Pearlgil that could be a good buy. That's the 6th generation that ZA got after the 4th gen. We had the Last series diesels and at the last 4 years the Kz engines in diesel. That must be the 2kd 2.5d4d used in other markets, as the D4D engines started only in the 7th gen in ZA. The 1KD also appeared ...

Re: Looking to buy a diesel automatic 4Runner
Not looking at modifications. I'm a sufferer of PPMS, it has to do with the neuro system and I have difficulty with driving a manual. Sold my VW Syncro 2 months ago, gave up on the idea to convert my beach buggy into a auto and is selling that aswell. I currently still have a city round about for my...

Looking to buy a diesel automatic 4Runner
What is the reason not to buy a 2lt with automatic? I have no need to race or pull heavy stuff, I need something for camping, trails and town. I once had a hilux sfa that I converted to a 2lt with intercooler and 33" tyres. It was a nice one and much better than my lj70 2lt with out intercooler.

Hi from the Garden Route
Hello mense, ek is Bennie Bezuidenhout hier van die Suid Kaap. I live in Blanco, and have no 4x4 for the second time in my life since my first one in 2007. Help me find one please, but it has to be automatic. I'll be asking more about the hilux, surf and 4runner on the technical section of the forum.
